JZC series concrete mixer adopts the gear drive, which is mainly composed of feeding system, mixing tank, driving system, water supplying system, electric control system and chassis etc.. Mixing tank is the main component in mixing system of JZC series concrete mixer, which is shaped double cones. There are high and low blades in mixing tank which is formed into a cross angle with mixing tank axis. Because of this cross angle design, when mixing aggregate in a forward rotation, the blades can lift and fall in a circle and force the aggregate to run in a axial position. This design will greatly strengthen mixing. When mixing tank in an opposite direction, the blades push out the concrete into the discharging cone, meantime the discharging blade unloads the concrete outside the mixing tank.
