Now we will introduce some automatic operating procedure.

1. To start the Air compressor, mixer, Oblique belt and flat belt.

3. Click on the operator to log in and enter the operator and password in the pop-up window

6. In the recipe management window, click the Add, and then enter the required recipe, and enter the finished, click Save. If there are multiple recipes, click Add New, enter recipe, and save. After all the recipes have been entered, click Exit.

7. In the Reversible Drum Type Mini Mobile Batching Plant management system window, to click on the production settings, pop-up production settings window.

8. In the production setting window, to click the Add, then enter the match number and moisture content setting. After the entering, click the Save, release the task, and then click Exit.

9. To observe if the ingredients number is recipes number. Once confirmed,can automatically run the Reversible Drum Type Mini Mobile Batching Plant.

10. To Press Auto button on the operator panel to turn Auto button light on.

11. To Press the cycle start button on the operation panel, the cycle start button indicator light, and the automatic production will be started.
